Your Concerns Matter
The Company will maintain an effective and transparent procedure for the reasonable and prompt handling of our current or potential client's complaints.

Following the receipt of the complaint the Head of the Administration/Back Office Department, within 5 working days, shall communicate with you the remedy measures or explanations related to your concern.
